Owner/Manager Jojo’s Cafe
Christian TinelliPersonal Background Story:
Christian Tinelli began his professional career studying anatomy and physiology with the view to pursuing a career in dentistry, only to catch a glimpse of the electric dining industry and launch off in a completely different direction.
Under the guidance of his well known restaurateur father Umberto Tinelli, Christian rolled up his sleeves and threw himself into the throws of establishing a new fine dining restaurant Il Principe (The Prince) in West Perth.
Feeling confident with the success of the Il Principe project, Father and Son set off to create a new concept in events, combining Umberto’s background in classic Italian dining with Christian’s fresh energy and modern flair. JoJo’s Café provides the perfect platform for Christian’s special brand of a la carte customer care, whilst neighbouring Acqua Viva Event Centre opens up a whole new avenue of creative opportunities.
And he still has plenty of opportunities to appreciate teeth, in the faces of his happy guests.
